Driven by a mission to help Texans rebuild their lives, she provides trauma-informed leadership that equips individuals with essential job skills, personal healing, and sustainable employment. Margaret’s dedication to second-chance opportunities is grounded in 18 years of service with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) and over five years of hands-on community reentry volunteer work.
